Okay, I have been working for hours trying to figure this all out. I am not techy at all. I like to share my thought, ideas & recipes with you but all this extra creating a blog button & mister linky - that is beyond me. So I am going to try this out. Banana Split Pizza
4 beaten eggs
1 c. melted marg
2 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 t. vanilla
This is my Fudge Pie recipe (like a brownie) doubled. If making it in a pie plate, this is enough for 2 pie plates. I use a 12” pizza pan.
Bake @ 400* for 20 minutes.
Beat together & spread over cooled “pizza”:
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
Arrange fruit as desired:
1 banana
1 c. sliced strawberries
Melt: ½ c, chocolate chips
1 T. shortening
Drizzle over.
Looks very yummy! I think I'll have to try that one!
